Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an Order Has Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final sale.
We are unable to cancel, reroute, or refund orders that are already in transit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:

We cannot guarantee interception or rerouting of the package

Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local carrier and file a claim directly with them.
Shipping Delays
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
Carrier delays, weather delays, and peak season delays do not qualify for refunds.
