Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders that have already been shipped, including cases where the product does not meet personal taste preferences.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If verified, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. Shipping delays do not qualify for a refund.

Final Sale Items

All food products are considered final sale for safety and quality reasons.
